  1. The pattern has a name Task: Write down three things you have done since it happened. Not felt. Done. Keep the list. 12 min
  2. What doing gets right Task: Pick one task that is connected to the person or the thing you lost. Put it in your calendar with a day and a time. 10 min
  3. Where doing leaves gaps Task: Write one sentence for each gap in this module that sounds familiar. If none do, write that down too. 12 min
  4. Doing it on purpose Task: Download the goals and next steps plan. Fill in the first box with one thing you would like to be easier, and set a review date. 14 min
