The Quiet Room

Small digital conversations and guided discussions.

Request access

You do not have to say anything. Sitting there counts.

What would it be like to be in a room where nobody needs your story?

Small online groups with a trained facilitator. Nobody is introduced by what happened to them. Nobody is required to speak. Three agreements hold every room: what is said here stays here, speak from your own life, no one fixes anyone.

  1. Arrive

Camera optional. First name or any name.

  2. Listen

A guided topic, never a confession.

  3. Speak, or don't

    Both are full participation.

  4. Leave

    At any point, without explaining.

Everything
  • CampaignBreak the stigma

    Men don't have to disappear.

Withdrawal, overwork, anger and numbness are how pain often shows up in men. Disappearing is not the same as coping.

I don't know if what happened counts.

You do not need a name for it. Answer a few questions, and nothing is stored.

Why you do it this way

Why you have been fixing things, working, and sorting rather than talking. Why that is a recognized pattern, not a failure, and what it does well and badly.
