How every story is published
- First name, a chosen name, or anonymous
- Country or region only if the teller offers it
- A content note at the top
- Help and services linked at the end
- The teller approves the final version first
- Withdrawn on request, no reason needed
Where stories come from
Some are told on The Lighthouse Is On, our podcast, and shared here with the guest's agreement. Others are sent in by people who want someone else to know they are not the only one.
