Break the stigma
Men don't have to disappear.
Withdrawal, overwork, anger and numbness are how pain often shows up in men. Disappearing is not the same as coping.
The research
Research on help seeking consistently finds that men are less likely than women to seek help for emotional difficulties, and that norms about self reliance are part of why.

Strength can also look like asking for help.
Many men do not collapse. They vanish. They work longer, go quieter, drink more, reply less. From the outside it can look like coping. This campaign is about noticing the disappearance, in yourself or in someone else, and making it easier to come back.
