Men Don't Have to Disappear

Male survivor education and support initiative.

Join the interest list

Silence is not a requirement of masculinity.

What if nobody ever told you that you were allowed to call it what it was?

Men experience sexual assault, domestic violence, exploitation and abuse, and many never say so to anyone. This initiative combines education, peer conversation and navigation for male survivors, including gay, bisexual and trans men, without asking anyone to prove what they went through.

  1. Naming it

Language for experiences men were never given words for.

  2. Believing it

Why it is common to doubt yourself, and why that doubt is not evidence.

  3. Telling it

If, when and how to tell anyone. Or not.

  4. Carrying it

Living with what happened while building what comes next.
