  • Tell one person you trust how you feel
  • Move away from anything you could use to hurt yourself

Thoughts of suicide often come in waves. The worst feelings can pass. Focus on getting through the next hour, then the next.

Pain can make it feel like nothing will ever get better. That is the pain talking. Help, treatment and time can change things.
