When everything is moving, start with one thing that holds.

What needs to be steady this week?

Most people arrive in the middle of something, not at the start of a plan. The Anchor Program is built for that moment. It does not ask you to explain what happened. It helps you see what is urgent, what can wait, and who else might help where you live.

  1. Safety

What would make the next few days safer, and who to contact if they are not.

  2. Basics

Sleep, food, money, a place to stay. The ground everything else stands on.

  3. Next steps

Three things, written down, in order. Nothing more until those are done.

  4. Connection

Services in your own country that can do what we cannot.

    Men don't have to disappear.
