Surviving was the first part.

What happens after?

The help usually stops when the emergency does. That is often when the real work begins: a home to rebuild, a job to return to, relationships that changed, an identity that no longer fits. Return to Shore is a structured pathway through all of it, one area at a time.

  1. Home

Where you live and whether it still works for you.

  2. Health

Sleep, body, mind, and the appointments that keep slipping.

  3. Work

Going back, starting again, or changing direction.

  4. Money

What disruption did to it, and the order to repair it in.

  5. Relationships

Who is still here, who went quiet, and what you want now.

  6. Identity

Who you are after something changed you.

  7. Community

Finding people again, at a pace you choose.

  8. Next chapter

A plan that looks past survival.
